Terms of use

These Terms of use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the website standknife.org and related web pages (the "Site") between the Site administration (the "Administration") and any visitor or user of the Site (the "User").

By using the Site, viewing materials, making a voluntary donation, or contacting support, the User confirms that they have read the Agreement and the Privacy Policy and accept their terms.

If the User does not agree with the terms - they must stop using the Site.

The Site provides information about the StandKnife project, install / download pages (links to external sources), and the ability to make a voluntary donation with subsequent bonus credits under the rules stated on the Site.

A donation is voluntary financial support for the project and does not form a typical goods purchase contract. Bonuses shown on the Site are promotional in nature and are provided as determined by the Administration.

This Agreement covers only use of the Site. Separate in-game conduct rules, if published on the Site, apply in addition and do not replace this Agreement.

The User agrees to:

• not disrupt the Site, and not attempt to bypass protections or rate limits;
• not use automated tools for mass requests, data scraping, or load on the Site without the Administration's permission;
• not place or send through Site forms malware, spam, or knowingly false information;
• not present the Site or support as third-party resources, and not mislead other users;
• provide accurate data when making a donation (including game ID if requested by the form).

The Administration may restrict access to the Site or individual features if abuse, fraud, or a security threat is suspected.

The User independently selects an available package on the donate page, a payment method offered on the Site, and checks all entered data before confirming payment.

After payment is confirmed, bonuses are credited within a reasonable time. The time may increase during technical issues or additional review.

Incorrect data (including game ID) may result in refusal to credit without a donation refund. The User is responsible for the accuracy of entered data.

Donations made through the Site are non-refundable.

If payment succeeded but credits were not applied despite correct data, the User may contact Site support for a review.

Disputing a payment without first contacting support may be treated as abuse and may lead to restricted access to Site features.

Texts, design, StandKnife logos, page structure, and other Site content owned by the Administration may not be copied, adapted, or used commercially without permission, except for personal viewing on the Site.

Links to external resources (messengers, download files, etc.) lead to third-party platforms. The Administration does not fully control those platforms and is not responsible for their content or policies.

The Site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or permanent availability of all sections.

The Administration is not liable for:

• losses caused by actions or failures of third-party payment, connectivity, or hosting services;
• consequences of User errors when filling out forms on the Site;
• temporary unavailability of the Site, updates, changes, or removal of materials;
• content and operation of external sites linked from the Site.

For a specific donation through the Site, the Administration's liability to the User is limited to the amount of that donation, unless the Administration expressly decides otherwise upon request.

How data is processed when using the Site is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read that policy.

The Administration may change the Agreement. The current version is always available on this page with an update date. Continued use of the Site after changes are published means the User accepts the new version.
